Improper loading
To improve the drying performance of your dishwasher, ensure that the dishwasher has been loaded correctly. This means that to improve drying, you should load dishes with enough space between them for the heat to be distributed proportionately. Plastic dishes
Plastics do not dry well in a dishwasher because the material does not retain heat. If your dishwasher has PerfectDry select the function and your appliance will dry plastics just as well as it cleans them.
Ineffective drying
To improve the drying performance, we recommend that you use a rinse aid product. It helps remove water from the surface of dishes so they dry faster. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions for more details on how to dose the product effectively as the amount of rinse aid used affects the drying results. You will obtain optimum drying results by applying rinse aid even if it is included in your detergent product. This is because rinse aid is released at the right time during a cycle, while pods and tablets work differently.
To enhance the drying process, you can also select a more intense drying program, depending on the model of your dishwasher. Please refer to the appliance's instruction manual for more information.
Not heating at all
If your dishwasher is failing to heat the water at all, we recommend booking an engineer visit.
