Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is for the chance to win one Creation Line stand mixer (MUM59340GB) (“the Prize”). The competition is free to enter and you can do so by liking the competition post and leaving your recipe in the comments section under the competition post. Four recipes will be chosen at random, and 1 final winner will be chosen by @boschhomeuk Instagram followers through a poll on the Promoter’s Instagram story. You must be following @boschhomeuk on Instagram to be considered for the prize draw.

2. The competition is only open to residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 years and over and excludes BSH employees. Entries shall be accepted from 6th May 2022 until the closing date of 11:59pm 12th May 2022. The Promoter shall not accept any entries received subsequently.

3. This is a consumer only competition. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be entered into a prize draw and four recipes will be selected at random within 7 days of the competition closing date (12th May 2022). Afterwards, a poll will be posted within 3 days of confirming the four recipes and will be up on @boschhomeuk account as an Instagram story for 24hrs for other followers to choose the winner.

4. The Promoter shall notify the winner within 7 days of the poll results (22nd May 2022) via direct message on their Instagram account provided at the time of entry. The winner must acknowledge this notification within 7 days and provide the Promoter with the full postal address of where the Prize is to be sent. The Prize will be sent in the post to them within 7 days on confirmation of the postal address. Please note if the winner fails to acknowledge the notification within 7 days then they will forfeit the Prize and the second place holder will be offered the Prize.

5. The competition is only offered via the Promoter’s @boschhomeuk Instagram account. This competition is in no way associated, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram.

6. Only one submission per person is permitted.

7. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: (a) made on behalf of others and joint submissions; (b) completed by third parties; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or (d) incomplete.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, to be in bad taste, do not comply with these T&C’s or are fraudulent.

9. As the winner of the prize draw, you agree that ‘the Promoter’ may use your name and entry that you provide to feature on the Bosch Blog page for unlimited period of time.

10. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or withdraw the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the prize draw due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute Prize of equivalent quality and price in the event of unavailability of the Prize.

14. Please note that there is no cash alternative to the Prize.

15. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.

17. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Personal data is collected for purposes of this prize draw only and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.bosch.co.uk/data-protection-notice/ .
