The Bosch Genuine Service consists of our 350 specialised engineers who can repair Bosch appliances. This dedicated team is trained to be able to repair, but also increase and improve an appliance’s longevity. Local engineers employed and trained by Bosch
All of our engineers are trained and employed by Bosch. This means they are aligned with our ethos, our values and embody everything the Bosch brand is known for. We have over 350 engineers based across the UK, so an engineer can be with you quickly. With over 400 hours of training our engineers have unrivalled knowledge and expertise when it comes to our appliances. In some areas of the UK we use selected and approved service partners to carry out repairs on our behalf.
Original Bosch replacement and spare parts
Another benefit to the Genuine Service is that our engineers will only use original Bosch replacement spare parts from our German warehouse. We also store parts for up to 15 years for large appliances and up to 10 years for small appliances, after they were produced. You can be sure that even if your appliance is a few years old, we’ll likely have the parts readily available for it to work as good as new again.
Repairs both in and out of a warranty
You can easily book a repair online or by calling our contact centre. And our Bosch engineers are here to provide expert repairs both inside and outside of your warranty period. Support is guaranteed. If you want to book a repair for a small appliance (e.g. toaster) or an appliance that is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, you can contact us as well and we’ll be happy to help you.
