Bosch offers a range of repair options depending on your appliance type and its warranty status.

In Warranty Repairs

If your Bosch appliance is within the manufacturer's warranty, or the Bosch Extended Warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If your Bosch appliance is out of warranty, then the repair will be chargeable, even if the engineer is not able to repair your appliance or your appliance is beyond economic repair. Our call-out charge outside of the M25 is £106.00 including VAT, and within the M25 our call-out charge is £117.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are charged additionally.

If your Bosch appliance is under warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

If your Bosch appliance is out of warranty, then the repair will be chargeable. Our call-out charge outside of London (the M25) is £106.00 including VAT, and within London (the M25) our call-out charge is £117.00 including VAT. In some areas of the UK we use selected and approved service partner to carry out repairs on our behalf. To book an engineer visit where an appliance is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, please call us on 0344 892 8979.

TWG/The Warranty Group do not use Bosch engineer service so customers will need to contact TWG for non-warranty repairs for policies held before 2019. If in doubt, please call them first otherwise we will expect you to pay the engineer on the day for any work. If you are unsure, please call before booking a visit.

Who will be repairing my appliance?

Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around the country who are employed and trained by Bosch, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise in repairing Bosch appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.

What appliances do you repair?

Our engineers can repair large Bosch appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, warming drawers, ventilation appliances, cooling appliances, vacuum cleaners and integrated coffee machines.

Small Bosch appliances, such as microwaves, kettles, toasters, freestanding coffee machines (including TASSIMOs), kitchen machines, food preparation appliances, MultiCookers, FreshUps and MultiCookers, are repaired in our workshop. If you need a repair on a small Bosch appliance, please call Bosch Customer Service on 0344 892 8979.

How can I pay for my repair?

Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit.

When do you do repairs?

Our engineers can repair Bosch appliances on weekdays but some weekend appointments are available.

Do you use original spare parts?

Our engineers will only replace any faulty spare parts with original replacements spare parts from our German warehouse. We store spare parts for up to 15 years after manufacturing large Bosch appliances and up to 10 years after manufacturing small Bosch appliances.
