Our dishwashers are fitted with a self-diagnosis system, which in the rare case of a fault will help to report what the problem is. If the E15 error code appears on the appliance display it means that there is a water leakage. You can check around the dishwasher base for leakage and the hoses for any visible kinks or damage, which could contribute to this appliance behaviour.

If you notice any visible damage to the appliance hoses, you can replace those by ordering a spare part online. The quickest way to do this is by using our spare parts search and entering the appliance information to get the bill of materials or by calling customer service on 0344 892 8979, where a member of our customer service team will assist your further with your query.

If the fault is not visible, we recommend booking an engineer appointment.
