Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please contact us within 14 days, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return. Refunds will automatically be returned to you once goods are back in our warehouse.

Faulty or damaged products
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Please ensure you have checked your appliances within this time frame of 14 days, as outside of this we will not be able to offer any form of replacement or refund. In the unfortunate event damage does occur on the delivery, you must document this on the proof of delivery you will be asked to sign. Failure to document will result in your claim not being accepted.

Contact us on the email above, with your order number, reason for return and we will raise a return for you. Depending on the appliance being returned we will advise the returns process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the appliance is back at our warehouse.
Delivery Charges, and any additional services in your order including Connection or Removal and Recycle:
If you cancel after delivery of your appliance and the services have already been completed, we won’t be able to refund any charges that you have paid for these. If you cancel your order before delivery, the services will be cancelled and refunded.
Spare parts, accessories and care products returns
If you no longer wish to keep your products, or any of your products have arrived damaged, faulty or missing, please either complete the online returns form below or contact our customer service team on 0344 892 8979 within 14 calendar days after receiving your products.
You must quote your order number, the name on the order and the reason for return. In some circumstances you will be required to pay for the return of the item, this will be advised at the time of confirming your return.

You can complete the form below or contact us by telephone. Please ensure you quote your order number and item model or part number. For help with items later than 15 days after your initial purchase please email us or phone for more information.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
