Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at <> form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
1. The Promoter is www.bosch-home.co.uk. We are Bosch, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 01844007 and with our registered office at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5PT. Our main trading address is Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5PT. Our VAT number is GB108 3118 45.
The Promotion
2. The Promotion will commence on the < > and will be renewed on a monthly basis until cancelled by the Promoter (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility
3. The promotion is open to residents aged 18 and over of the United Kingdom.
4. Claims from employees of the Promotor are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
5. This is a consumer only promotion. Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Bosch Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Bosch Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant.
Offer
6. Participants who purchase, during the Promotion Period any Bosch Product from Bosch Online Shop ("Bosch Product") and within 7 days of the purchase date, find the same product for sale online at a lower price by any of the retailers listed in Schedule 1 ("Selected Retailer"), with the same qualifying conditions ("Lower Priced Product") will be eligible to claim the difference between the purchase price paid and the advertised price online by the Selected Retailer.
8. Participants who have used a coupon or promotional discount code in order to lower the actual price paid on their purchased Bosch Product are not eligible to take part in the Promotion, unless the coupon or promotional discount code terms and conditions specifically state otherwise.
9. The Promotion applies to the public UK consumer site Bosch Online Shop only. Purchases from any Bosch Home closed networks (such as its employee portals) or from Bosch via any marketplace are specifically excluded from this Promotion.
10. To qualify, the Lower Priced Product found at a Selected Retailer must meet the following conditions:
a. The Lower Priced Product must be advertised and available to purchase on the Selected Retailers website shown below in Schedule 1. Purchases from call centres are excluded;
b. The Lower Priced Product offered must be currently in stock and available to order;
c. The Lower Priced Product must be a UK product and identical in terms of brand, model number, size and colour to the original purchased product from Bosch Online Shop;
d. Any product that is sold via a Selected Retailer that is refurbished, reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, demo or otherwise not in the same condition (including their packaging) is not accepted for this Promotion;
e. Lower Priced Products available at a lower price due to loyalty/employment programmes, cashback promotions or schemes, bundle pricing, voucher codes, trade in promotions, network/data/monthly contracts or other collective deals are excluded from the Promotion;
f. The Lower Priced Product must not be a pricing error by the Selected Retailer;
g. The Participant must be able to show reasonable supporting evidence of the above (see Clause 11 below).
Claim
11. To claim, Participants must email mks-boschoffers@bshg.com. The claim email must include:
11.1 An image showing the below details
i. Selected Retailer
ii. Exact product/Model number
iii. The Selected Retailer price as shown (cheaper than your purchase price)
iv. Product is shown as in stock (out of stock claims will not be accepted)
v. Must have the date shown in screen shot
11.2 Proof of purchase from Bosch and attachment of the order confirmation
11.3 URL or Link to the Selected Retailer’s page clearly showing the model and price advertised
12. Claims may only be submitted within 7 days of purchasing the Bosch Product (the "Claim Period"). Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day 1.
13. Participants are entitled to claim the price difference on a maximum of one per model of the Bosch product. Only a maximum of three price difference refunds per household (residential address) per year may be claimed, regardless of the quantity of Bosch products purchased.
14. The Promotor will contact the Participant by email within seven working days to confirm whether claim has been accepted or rejected.
15. The Promotor will issue the price difference by the same method used for payment on the purchase. The 28-day returns period must have passed before the price difference will be issued.
16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimant’s submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email within 7 days. If no response is received within 7 days of the email, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Refund.
18. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid
20. The price difference will not be paid in the event that the Bosch Product purchased is returned to the Promotor.
21. In the unlikely event that a Participant is unhappy with their Bosch Product and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the price difference.
Privacy and Data Protection
22. The Data Controller (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) is BSH Home Appliances Limited of Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5PT, UK. General
26. By submitting a claim, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's control.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
29. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
