Bosch Price Reassurance

At Bosch we want to give you peace of mind when you buy direct from us and, as part of our commitment, we offer a price reassurance promotion. If you find your purchased product cheaper at any of our Selected Retailers within 7 days of your purchase and you meet the qualifying conditions, we will credit back the price difference to you.

Purchases from Bosch Online Shop only.

The Lower Priced Product must be a brand new identical model and sold online at our Selected Retailers within 7 days of purchase and meet all our qualifying conditions.

To claim, participants must email us directly within 7 days of purchase. How to claim and what is required is below.

Please note that if the Lower Priced Product is on offer through any loyalty schemes, additional promotions (including Black Friday offers), bundle offers, voucher codes it is excluded from this promotion.

1. Select and purchase your qualifying product from our Bosch Online Shop

If you find the same product you have purchased direct from our Bosch Online Shop advertised for sale online at a lower price at one of our Selected Retailers, you can claim back the difference between the price you paid and the lower price within 7 days of your purchase date. Your purchase date counts as day 1.

Claims are limited to a maximum of 3 products per year per household

2. How to claim

To claim, you will need the following details in your claim email for us to process.

Image showing the below details:

• Selected Retailer

• Exact product/Model number

• The retailer price as shown (cheaper than your purchase price)

• Product is shown as in stock (out of stock claims will not be accepted)

• Must have the date shown in screen shot

• Proof of purchase from Bosch,

• Attachment of your Order Confirmation

• Claim must be the same details as per your Order Confirmation

• URL or Link to the retailers page clearly showing the model and price advertised

Please be advised, there will be checks in place to verify retailer prices on any given date.

Please note that any claims that are not sent to this email will be automatically rejected.

3. We check your claim

We will contact you by email within 7 working days from receiving your claim. Within this confirmation email we will confirm if the claim has been accepted or rejected.

4. Receive your price difference refund

We will issue the price difference, which will be refund by the same method you used for payment on your purchase. Please note the 28-day returns period must have passed before any refund will be issued

The Lower Priced Product must be advertised and available to purchase at one of our Selected Retailers on their website and the following conditions adhered to.

• The Lower Priced Product offered must be currently in stock and available to order.

• The model of the Lower Priced Product must be a UK product and identical in terms of brand, model number, size and colour to the original purchased product from Bosch Online Shop

• Our Price Reassurance does not include any additional services such as delivery, connection or removal charges.

• Lower Priced Products available at a lower price due to loyalty/employment programmes, cashback promotions or schemes, bundle pricing, voucher codes or other, are excluded from the promotion.

• Any product that is sold via a Selected Retailer that is refurbished, reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, demo or otherwise not in the same condition (including their packaging) is not accepted for this Promotion.

• Lower Priced Product must not be a pricing error by the Selected Retailer.

• Participants who have used a coupon or promotional discount code in order to lower the actual price paid on their order for the Qualifying Product are not eligible unless the voucher code or promotional discount code terms and conditions specifically state otherwise.
