Delivery Information

• £20.00 for Large Appliances (per order)

• £3.95 for Accessories, Cleaning Care and Spares (per order).
• Small Appliances - FREE HOME DELIVERY

• Large Appliances are estimated to be 3-5 days including Saturday (depending on location)

• Small Appliances are estimated to be 2-3 including Saturdays (depending on location, orders placed on Friday after midday, will not be dispatched until Monday/Tuesday)

• Accessories, Cleaning Care and Spares is estimated 2-3 days (depending on location). Please be advised some products may be stored in Germany and may take longer to be delivered to you.

• For Large and Small Appliances, we offer delivery to most of the UK, however some areas our logistics partners do not offer.

• These areas are:
• • Remote parts of Scotland, such as all the Isles, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern and Republic of Ireland.
• • For Accessories, Cleaning Care and Spares we will deliver to all parts of UK including Northern Ireland Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Not offered to Republic of Ireland.

Connection for Freestanding appliances only. £25.00 per appliance

• Offered on washing machines, washer dryers and dishwashers only. Connection services need a water connection.

• You will need to add this service at point of ordering your new appliance.

• Your old appliance must be fully disconnected and free of water.

Built-in Ovens and Hobs Disconnection and Installation. £135.00 per appliance

• We are not able to install your new appliance if your old appliance is not like for like.

• There will be no electrical works, fixing, pipework's or any form of carpentry completed for this service.

• You will need to add this service at point of ordering your new appliance.

Washing Machines and Dishwashers Disconnection and Installation. £100.00 per appliance

• We are not able to install your new appliance if your old appliance is not like for like.

• Install services need a water connection.

Recycle and Removal of like for like appliances only. £20.00 per appliance

• All appliances being take away for recycling must be fully disconnected, empty and free from water.

• For cooling appliances, they must be fully defrosted.

• We do not offer this service for American Style, Multi/French Door appliances.
• • You will need to add this service at point of ordering your new appliance.

• If you have an old appliance, make sure it is disconnected and ensure it is empty and free from water.

• The delivery driver can unpack your new appliance and remove any transit bolts / brackets (if required) or leave in packaging for when you need it.

• All appliances must be checked within 48 hours from delivery to ensure there are no damages or faults.

• You will need to wait 4 hours for your cooling appliance to settle before switching on.

• Our logistics partner will not make any changes to your property including removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.

• Selection of our appliances that require water connection come with an AquaStop fixed connector; please ensure you have enough space for this through your cabinets so that it can be connected with no issues. AquaStop size: h 11.5 x w 9 x d 4 cm

• We do not offer installation of stacking kits when purchasing freestanding washing machines or tumble dryers

• Delivery must be taken within 14 days of your order. We cannot hold your order for longer than this time.
